Tallys Tavern started small — a tiny bar and an even tinier kitchen, tucked inside a petrol station convenience store. But the bone soup was the real draw from day one: boiled beef bone, a little meat left on it, nothing added. No preservatives, no shortcuts, just organic food done right. Elderly regulars swore by it, and young men swore by it the morning after — the kind of soup that cures a hangover and gets you going again. It was an instant hit.

From there, the menu grew, but the philosophy never changed. Eventually, that small idea found a home on the land where Tallys Tavern stands today. What started as a food stall has become one of Tala's liveliest nights out — DJs spinning, the dance floor filling up, and an energy that carries from evening straight through to late night.
